After years working in the field, Precision PT owners Ann Crowe and Jesse Civello saw firsthand how insurance-based service delivery models restricted their patients of the time and tools they needed to achieve and sustain movement health. 

In some cases this looks like double or triple booking patients at a time, working primarily with assistants, or being scheduled 2-3x per week.  In other cases this looks like a very rushed appointment, without time to ask questions. Often times insurance requires patients to be discharged from care before fully achieving their goals.

In 2019, Jesse Civello and Ann Crowe decided to open Precision Physical Therapy, a clinic where quality care and patient success are our top priorities.

When you choose Precision Physical Therapy, you will always: 

• Receive 1:1 care with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy 

• See the same treating therapist for your entire course of treatment 

• Have time in each session to ask all your questions, learn about your diagnosis and understand how it impacts your daily life and activities 

• Work towards your unique goals with an individualized treatment strategy

• Feel the impact of having a PT on your team who is excited to care about you and guide you toward success

At Precision Physical Therapy you will receive care based on what you need, not what your insurance will allow. In order to create this clinic for you, we are out-of-network with insurance companies.  While we do not accept payment from your insurance company, you can still submit your claims to be reimbursed after your visits. We partner with Reimbursify to make this a seamless process for you.
