Careers at Precision Physical Therapy

Build your career around the work you love.

We’re growing our clinical team and looking for a physical therapist who cares deeply about movement, wants to keep growing as a clinician, and is excited to build expertise with a patient population they genuinely enjoy.

Rather than create one broad job description, we’ve created three opportunities based on the types of patients we already work with at Precision.

You don’t need to already be a specialist. We’re looking for a strong clinical foundation, genuine interest in one of these areas, and the desire to keep developing your expertise through mentorship, collaboration, continuing education, and experience.

Running & Cycling Specialist

For the PT who loves running, cycling, or both—and wants to make endurance athletes a bigger part of their clinical career.

Work with runners and cyclists across a range of ages, abilities, and goals—from everyday athletes and high school runners to marathoners, trail runners, triathletes, and competitive cyclists.

You don’t need expertise in both sports. Bring a foundation in running or cycling analysis and a genuine interest in the population you want to serve; we’ll support your continued growth through mentorship, collaboration, and continuing education.

Tennis & Golf Specialist

For the PT who loves tennis, golf, or both—and wants to build their expertise working with these athletes.

Work with tennis and pickleball players, golfers, and other rotational athletes who want to move better, get out of pain, and stay active in their sport.

You don’t need expertise in both tennis and golf. We’re looking for a strong foundation in movement assessment and genuine enthusiasm for the population you want to serve. We’ll support your continued development through mentorship, collaboration, and continuing education.

Movement Specialist

For the PT who loves figuring out why someone is still hurting when the obvious answers haven’t worked.

Work with active adults who need a deeper look at how they move and an individualized approach to getting back to what they love.

This is a great fit for a clinician who enjoys complex problem solving, movement assessment, clinical reasoning, asking good questions, and helping patients understand the why behind what they’re experiencing.

Different focus. Same clinical environment.

Whichever population excites you most, you’ll have the same foundation at Precision: 60-minute, one-on-one visits, a systematic approach to movement assessment, regular clinical collaboration, direct mentorship, continuing education support, and the equipment and space to provide high-quality care from evaluation through return to activity.

We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything. We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation, curiosity, and a desire to become exceptional at the work they enjoy most.

Explore the opportunities and find the one that sounds most like the career you want to build.
