Service Rates
Initial Evaluation (75 minutes) $250
This service is for patients new to our practice or with a new pain problem.
Running Clinic Initial Evaluation (90 minutes) $300
This service is for patients new to our practice who want to have running gait evaluated at their first visit. For runners who are unable to run at this time due to pain, please choose the Initial Evaluation.
Follow Up (60 minutes weekly) Within a plan of care
Follow up appointments within a plan of care vary based on how long the injury will take to resolve. Current plan of care options include 8 week, 12 week and 16 week options for weekly follow up.
continuity options (follow up every 2 weeks or 4 weeks)
Appointments for patients who have completed a plan of care that wish to continue building strength into their healthy movement foundation established while resolving an injury or pain. The program is intended for achieving longevity goals within health and wellness or for mainte complex conditions to keep you moving pain free.

After years working in the field, Precision PT owners Ann Crowe and Jesse Civello saw firsthand how insurance-based service delivery models restricted their patients of the time and tools they needed to achieve and sustain movement health.
In some cases this looks like double or triple booking patients, working primarily with assistants, or being scheduled 2-3x per week. In other cases this looks like a very rushed appointment, without time to ask questions. Often times insurance requires patients to be discharged from care before fully achieving their goals.
In 2019, Jesse Civello and Ann Crowe decided to open Precision Physical Therapy, a clinic where quality care and patient success are our top priorities.
When you choose Precision Physical Therapy, you will always:
Receive 1:1 care with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy
See the same treating therapist for your entire course of treatment
Have time in each session to ask all your questions, learn about your diagnosis and understand how it impacts your daily life and activities

At Precision Physical Therapy you will receive care based on what you need, not what your insurance will allow. In order to create this clinic for you, we are out-of-network with insurance companies. While we do not accept payment from your insurance company, you can still submit your claims to be reimbursed after your visits. We partner with Reimbursify to make this a seamless process for you.
